This is a simple recipe but it is very good. It calls for frozen pea's but in the summer I like useing fresh peas in it. The fresh pea's give it a little crunch. You can make it a day ahead of time.

  • 2 pkg
    10 oz. frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 c
    celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 lb
    bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 pinch
    salt

How to Make Zelda's Green Pea Salad

  1. Combine peas, celery, scallions, bacon, and salt to taste. Chill throughly.
