My mother-in-law has always made this. So I tried making it for the first time last year. Not only is it easy, but everyone loves it.

Ingredients For top ramen salad aka asian coleslaw

  • 1 md
    coleslaw or make your own (which i've done)
  • 2 pkg
    top ramen (i use oriental)
  • 1/2 c
    raw cashews
  • 1/2 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/4 c
    shelled raw sunflower seeds
  • DRESSING INGREDIENTS BELOW
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/3 c
    apple cider vinegar (i have also used rice vinegar)
  • 2 pkg
    top ramen seasoning packets

How To Make top ramen salad aka asian coleslaw

    Crunch uncooked ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add all the nuts and cole slaw mixture. Mix well

    Next make your dressing and store in an airtight container.

    I add the dressing about an hour before I serve the salad so it doesn't get soggy.
