Ingredients

  • RAMEN SALAD

  • 4 pkg
    ramen noodles broken into pieces do not cook it
  • 1
    head red cabbage chopped
  • 1 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1 medium
    red onion chopped
  • 1 c
    cilantro chopped
  • 1 c
    green parts of scallions
  • 1/2 c
    pine nuts
  • TOFU DRESSING

  • 16 oz
    silken tofu
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili garlic sauce or sambal oelek
  • 1/4 c
    sherry vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c
    olive oil

How to Make Ramen Salad with Tofu Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all salad ingredient in a large bowl.
    To make the dressing. Place the tofu, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, and sherry vinegar in a blender.
  2. Turn on the blender and drizzle in the olive oil until the dressing becomes like a loose pudding.
  3. Pour over salad and mix
