  Poodle’s Special Egg Salad Mix together: 12 hard boiled eggs, chopped 2 diced Tomatoes ½ cup minced Celery ¼ cup Chopped Black Olives 4 slices chopped Bacon 1 tablespoon Minced Green Onions 1teaspoon Pickle relish Mix in: Mayonnaise, Mustard, salt and pepper to your taste Lay a lettuce leaf on top of toasted, buttered sourdough bread. Top with the above mixture. Serve open faced and eat with a knife and fork.
