I just love this good for you, well maybe not so good for you, but tasty salad.

Ingredients For my favorite spinach salad

  • 1
    hard boiled egg per person
  • 2 slice
    bacon per person
  • 1/2 c
    spinach per person
  • 2 Tbsp
    or more bacon fat
  • 2/3 c
    white vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar

How To Make my favorite spinach salad

  • 1
    at a med high temp,Cook bacon to a tender crispy. Set a side, saving 2 to 3 TBLS of bacon fat in the pan.

    In individual salad bowls ad spinach sliced hard boiled eggs and crumbled bacon.
  • 3
    Reheat reserved bacon fat over medium heat add sugar stirring until creamy.
  • 4
    Reduce heat slightly, slowly add vinegar stirring continuously until sugar is disavowed
  • 5
    Pour vinegar mixture over salad and serve
