    garbonzo beans, drained and rinced
  • 3
    carrots, diced
  • 1 large
    tomato, chopped
  • 1 small
    purple onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried dill
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Garbonzo Bean Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place the garbonzo beans, tomato, carrots, and onions in a salad bowl. Toss with dressing.
  3. Refrigerate and let the vegetables marinate for several hours or overnight.
