This recipe was given to me by my neice. Not long after she was married she and her husband had the family come for lunch. They had fixed lots of good food, but this seemed to be the favorite of everyone. Now, our whole family makes it thanks to my sweet neice.

  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernal corn (drained)
  • 1 can(s)
    whole kernal fiesta corn (drained)
  • 1 c
    miracle whip salad dressing
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    chili fritos
  • ·
    chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • ·
    chopped onion (optional)

How to Make Frito Corn Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except Fritos. This may be mixed the night before and refridgerated. Just before serving add Fritos. If they are added too early, they will become soggy.
