Ciao Bella Cucumber Tomato and Corn Salad

I wanted a change of pace from corn on the cob for my BBQ tomorrow. So I decided on a salad.
No mayo to spoil on a hot day either.

Very simple with just a few ingredients. Refreshing and crisp!

    fresh or frozen corn (thawed)
  • 1 pt
    grape or cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 large
    cucumber, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar

How to Make Ciao Bella Cucumber Tomato and Corn Salad


  1. Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
