Ingredients For brocolli and tomato orzo

454 gorzo

2 1/2 cchicken stock

1/2 cextra virgin olive oil

1 tspsalt

1/4 cchopped fresh garlic

2 Tbspchopped fresh thyme leaves

6sun−dried tomatoes
-
6fresh tomatoes

1 qtbroccoli florets
-
1 1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make brocolli and tomato orzo

1Chop sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces

2Cut Broccoli into florets

3Dice tomatoes

4Bring chicken stock to a boil, then reduce to simmer.

5Slowly add pasta to the stock.

6Cook pasta for 10 minutes or until tender.

7While the pasta is cooking, saute garlic in the oil.

8Add salt, thyme and sun−dried tomatoes to the oil.

9Add broccoli and cook through.

10Add drained pasta and toss.

11Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese and fresh tomatoes to the pot.
