    1/2 large red cabbage
  • ·
    1 red onions
  • ·
    1 pepper red or yellow
  • ·
    200 g broccoli sprouts
  • ·
    1 medium cucumber
  • ·
    250 g cherry tomatoes
  • ·
    4 sticks celery
  • ·
    2 carrots
  • ·
    2 beetroots grated, raw
  • ·
    1 large lemon juice
  • ·
    2 tuna fish (canned) optional
  • ·
    4 eggs (boiled) optional
  • ·
    dill to taste
  • ·
    parsley to taste
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • ·
    1 large lemon juiced

How to Make Booster rainbow salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Grate the carrot and the beetroots and place in a large bowl.
  2. Finely chop the remainder of the vegetables and place over the grated ones.
  3. Place the broccoli sprouts, chopped dill and parsley, salt, pepper to taste and stir well.
  4. Freshly squeeze the juice from a whole lemon and pour it all over this delicious and super energising salad.
