    black beans, 15 ounces each
  • 1 bag
    frozen corn, about 2 pounds
  • 1 1/2 c
    salsa,medium or hot
  • 1/2 c
    onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    fresh parsley or cilantro

How To Make black bean and corn salad

    Rinse and drain the beans

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes to combine flavors.
