3 Bean Salad

Janie Massey

I always have to triple this recipe. My Son and one of my Daughters can't get enough of it. Neither could I when I had teeth. It's truly a marvelous salad. Enjoy!

How to Make 3 Bean Salad

  1. Pour vegetables in collander, rinse well and leave in collander to drain well. Then put in serving container with lid for storage in refrigerator.
  2. Make dressing in a saucepan by mixing sugar, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. Heat and stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour warm dressing over all other ingredients which have been mixed thoroughly together. Mix well with warm sauce. Cover. I leave it to stand over night for flavors to meld and then refrigerate.
