Ingredients For pretend pecan gelatin salad

2 1/2 cbroken pretzels

2 Tbspsugar
-
3/4 cmelted oleo
-
1-8oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 cpowdered sugar

1 1/2 ccool whip
-
1-6 oz pkgstrawberry or cherry gelatin (sugar free is okay)
How To Make pretend pecan gelatin salad

1Combine pretzels, sugar and oleo. Spread in the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

2Beat together powdered sugar, cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Spread over the cooled pretzel crust.

3Prepare gelatin and let cool until syrupeyand almost solid. Slowly pour over the cream cheese layer. Chill until firm. Overnight is best.
