Frosted Cheese Mold

12 oz cartons cream style cottage cheese
blue cheese, crumbled
( 6 oz ) frozen limeaid concentrate, thawed
drops green food coloring
How to Make Frosted Cheese Mold
1In saucepan, soften gelatin in milk.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat
2With electric mixer, beat cottage cheese and blue cheese together till well blended.
3Stir in gelatin mixture.
Stir in thawed limeaid, pecans, and food coloring.
Chill till mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
4Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold into gelatin mixture.
Turn into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold; chill till firm.
Unmold onto serving plate.
