Ingredients For frosted cheese mold

  • 2 Tbsp
    gelatin, unflavored
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    12 oz cartons cream style cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c
    blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 can
    ( 6 oz ) frozen limeaid concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    broken pecans
  • 6
    drops green food coloring
  • 1 c
    whipping cream
  • GARNISH
  • grapes
  • mint sprigs
  • lime wedges
  • melon balls
  • orange sections

How To Make frosted cheese mold

    In saucepan, soften gelatin in milk. Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat

    With electric mixer, beat cottage cheese and blue cheese together till well blended.

    Stir in gelatin mixture. Stir in thawed limeaid, pecans, and food coloring. Chill till mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.

    Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold; chill till firm. Unmold onto serving plate.
