gelatin, unflavored
1 c
milk

12 oz cartons cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c
blue cheese, crumbled
1 can(s)
( 6 oz ) frozen limeaid concentrate, thawed
1/2 c
broken pecans
6
drops green food coloring
1 c
whipping cream

GARNISH

grapes
mint sprigs
lime wedges
melon balls
orange sections

How to Make Frosted Cheese Mold

Step-by-Step

  • 1In saucepan, soften gelatin in milk.
    Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
    Remove from heat
  • 2With electric mixer, beat cottage cheese and blue cheese together till well blended.
  • 3Stir in gelatin mixture.
    Stir in thawed limeaid, pecans, and food coloring.
    Chill till mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon.
  • 4Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Turn into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold; chill till firm.
    Unmold onto serving plate.
