Blue Ribbon Recipe
Great crunch, indeed! This simple salad has terrific flavors and texture. It would be great to serve alongside most any dish, or on its own as a meal.

Ingredients

1 cpecans, chopped
-
1 pkgramen noodles, crushed

4 Tbspbutter
-
1bunch broccoli
-
1head romaine lettuce
-
4green onions and stems
-
1 coil
-
1 csugar
-
1/2 cred wine vinegar
-
3 tspsoy sauce
-
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Romaine Salad
- Brown first three ingredients and set aside to drain on paper towel.
- Chop broccoli, lettuce and green onions.
- Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients together just before serving.
