My sister-in-law, Vicki, brought this salad to Christmas dinner one year. It was such a big hit, that we have served it at family get-togethers ever since.

6 ozwashed baby spinach

1small can mandarin oranges, drained

1/2 mdred onion, thinly sliced, rings separated

4 ozchopped pecans

12 ozbottle johnny’s jamaica mistake salad dressing
How To Make jamaican mistake green salad

1In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.

2When ready to serve, pour Jamaica Mistake salad dressing over lettuce mixture. Toss until greens are well coated with dressing. Serve immediately.
