Ingredients

3 fresh bunchgreen or black tuscan kale

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1/2 cjulienned reconstitued sundried tomatoes
-
1/2 ccrumbled feta cheese
-
1/2 cjulienned dried apricots
-
1fresh lemon juiced
-
3 Tbspolive oil
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1 Tbspcrushed red pepper flakes
How to Make Fresh Kale Salad
- Wash kale very well and dry. In a large mixing bowl add the kale, salt and lemon juice. Toss well. If you do not add the lemon juice the kale willl darken
- Add all other ingredients and mix well. Can be served immediately or refrigerate until time of service. Can be held for three days.
