  • 1 bunch
    broccoli, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped

    Ramen Noodles, crushed (discard flavor pkt in nood

    walnuts, chopped

    butter

  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce

    Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Eva's Green Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter, brown Ramen noodles and walnuts. Drain on paper towel. Mix all ingredients and toss with dressing right before serving.
