Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is one of those salad dressings that I just love. The noodles and the nuts make for an incredibly satisfying, yet light, dish.  This is the type of salad that goes well with most anything!

Ingredients For eva's green salad

  • 1
    head romaine lettuce
  • 1 bunch
    broccoli, chopped
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    Ramen Noodles, crushed (discard flavor pkt in nood
  • 1/2 c
    walnuts, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • Dressing
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make eva's green salad

  • 1
    Melt butter, brown Ramen noodles and walnuts. Drain on paper towel. Mix all ingredients and toss with dressing right before serving.
