Ingredients For bok choy salad

1 smhead of iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced

1/2 smhead of napa cabbage, thinly sliced

1/3 cthinly sliced red onion

1 smgreen bell pepper, sliced

1/3 ccantaloupe, cubed

2 smskinless chicken breasts grilled cubed (opional)
- DRESSING

3/4 csugar (splanda)

1/4 cvinegar

1 ccanola oil
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
- ALMONDS AND ROMEN NOODLES

1 pkgromen noodles

2 ozalmond slivers

1/4 cbutter
How To Make bok choy salad

1Melt some butter in large fry pan, add Romen Noodles(break into pieces) and almonds and cook until golden brown. set aside to cool

2Dressing can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.

3Can add Mandarin Oranges, Pears, Green onion or honeydew melon to salad.
