This is so good if you like veggies. I can remember my mom making this at the holidays, this was always her dish to pass.

  • 1
    head of lettuce
  • 1 pkg
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 bunch
    fresh broccoli- cut up
  • 1 bunch
    fresh cauliflower- cut up
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar(s)
    miracle whip mayo
  • 1/2 pkg
    bacon, cooked

How to Make 7 Layer Salad


  1. Wash a head of lettuce and chop up and place in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan
  2. Sprinkle thawed peas, cut up broccoli and cauliflower over lettuce.
  3. Spread mayo over the top in a nice layer, sprinkle cheddar cheese on next.
  4. Cook up approx. 1/2 pkg. of bacon, cook and cut up, sprinkle on top of cheese. Refriderate and serve. Enjoy!!
