Ingredients

  • 1 c
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6
    strips of crisp bacon (crumbled)
  • 1
    head of lettuce (shredded)
  • 2 stalk(s)
    celery (sliced thin)
  • 1 medium
    onion (chopped fine)
  • 10 oz
    package of frozen peas, cooked & drained
  • 1 large
    pepper, sliced thin
  • 2 large
    carrots, grated fine
  • 4
    hard cooked eggs, grated
  • TOPPING

  • 2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make 7 Layer Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread layers of lettuce, add other ingredeints in layers except cheese & bacon
  2. Spread mayonnaise mixture over salad. Sprinkle with cheese & bacon. Refrigerate 8 hours in covered 9X13 pan.
