Ingredients

  • 1 large
    lettuce head, chopped up
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    pkg frozen peas, cooked an cooled
  • TOPPING:

  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • ·
    shredded cheese
  • ·
    crumbled bacon

How to Make 7 layer salad

Step-by-Step

  1. layer ingredients in dish starting with lettuce, celery, pepper, onion and peas
  2. mix together mayo and sour cream and spread over top of salad, sprinkle with sugar
  3. top with shredded cheese and crumbled bacon, pressing down slightly, refrigerate at least 8 hours before eating so flavors can mix
