My children never liked coleslaw until I started making it with apples! Even their friends like this slaw. It's super easy too.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

We adored this simple coleslaw recipe. It has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a bit of savoriness. The pairing of tart green apples and sweet red apples add tons of flavor. Initially, we were a little concerned there was not enough mayo. But, once it sat in the fridge for a bit and we gave it a good stir it was perfectly creamy. A nice twist on coleslaw for summer BBQ's and potlucks.
