Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Several years ago I had a delicious fruit salad at a bed & breakfast I was staying it. It was so good, in fact, that I've been trying to replicate it on my own ever since! Well, to my great thrill this one has done it! I love the addition of mint in this salad, and after it marinates for a while it is even better. Fabulous!
