    peach gelatin
  • 2 c
    boiling water
  • 2 c
    cold water
  • 15 oz
    crushed pineapple (drained, reserve juice)
  • 1 c
    mini marshmallows
  • TOPPING INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    whipped topping

How to Make Peach Gelatin Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Make gelatin - Let set and add marshmallows and fruit.
  2. Cook juice, sugar, egg, butter and flour until thick.
  3. Add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Let cool.
  4. Fold mixture into whipped topping and spread on gelatin mixture.
