I have been looking for a recipe that is similar to one I tasted in a restaurant. This sounds like it will fill the bill. I can't wait to try it.

Ingredients For fruit salad with honey poppy seed dressing

1/2 choney

1/4 cpineapple juice or orange juice

1/4 cvegetable or canola oil

2 tsppoppy seeds

8-10 cfresh fruit
How To Make fruit salad with honey poppy seed dressing

1Shake the 1st 4 ingredients in a covered jar. Shake well until it starts to thicken.

2Just before serving toss the dressing with fresh fruit. You may not need all the dressing. Extra dressing keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.

3NOTE: Don't toss the fruit with dressing more than an hour before serving or it will start to break down the fruit. Extra dressing is great on green lettuce or spinach salads.
