COTTON CANDY SALAD
1---3oz. pkgblueberry-flavored gelatin
1--8oz. can(s)crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 can(s)mandarin oranges, drained
1---12 ozcarton cottage cheese
1---9 ozcontainer cool whip
How to Make COTTON CANDY SALAD
- In small saucepan combine gelatin and undrained pineapple. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 3---5 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
- Gently stir in drained oranges.
- Chill 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- FOLD in with a rubber spatula the cottage cheese and cool whip. Transfer to medium bowl or medium casserole dish; Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours or until set.
