Ingredients

  • 1---3oz. pkg
    blueberry-flavored gelatin
  • 1--8oz. can(s)
    crushed pineapple in its own juice
  • 1 can(s)
    mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1---12 oz
    carton cottage cheese
  • 1---9 oz
    container cool whip

How to Make COTTON CANDY SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. In small saucepan combine gelatin and undrained pineapple. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer 3---5 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
  2. Gently stir in drained oranges.
  3. Chill 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  4. FOLD in with a rubber spatula the cottage cheese and cool whip. Transfer to medium bowl or medium casserole dish; Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours or until set.
