How to Make Apple Salad Holiday style by freda

Step-by-Step

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients above.

    2. I toss the apples in the pineapple juice to keep from turning brown.

    3. Then soak my raisins in the pineapple juice also, this makes them plump.
  2. mix dressing, then pour into the salad mixture.
    Toss very well.

    Chill, serve, & enjoy.

This recipe can be made for a large group easily, Just increase the apples and dressing amt.
Best guess is 1/2 apple per person.
