Apple Grape Salad

Eileen Hineline

My grandmother had a little paperback cookbook she always used to make delicious Apple recipes. It is called Apple Kitchen Cook Book. She passed away almost a year ago and I was given her cookbook which I cherish. I have enjoyed this salad many times, it is lite and refreshing and excellent on hot summer days and just healthy.
I have added chicken to it too for a sandwich spread which was enjoyed by my family.
I know my grandmother is smiling down on me as I use her cookbook.
Great recipes I can continue to pass along to others to enjoy!
