anytime lime jello with shred. cheese favorite

I always like for my recipes to look pretty as well to taste yummy. This was a jello dish, my late sister in law made for reunions, but it is so yummy, I make it all the time~

Ingredients For anytime lime jello with shred. cheese favorite

  • 1 box
    lime jello
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed drained pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c
    drained pears
  • 1
    container cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1
    container cottage cheese
  • 1 jar
    m archino cherries, drained

How To Make anytime lime jello with shred. cheese favorite

    In a 9 x 13 inch clear baking dish, mix up pkg. jello as box directed.

    Then add the following ingredients: 1/2 cup crushed pineapple 1/2 cup pears Let set in refrigerator till lightly set. Remove.

    Then mix in seperate bowl the following ingredients: 1/2 cool whip cherries nuts if want?

    Now we are ready for the last part. Remove Saran wrap, spoon on last of cool whip across jello mixture.

    And then sprinkle shredded cheese all over the top.

    We n ow have a Yummy Jello salad. It is also a pretty salad. After eating as much as you want, reseal with Saran wrap and keep refrigerated till hungry bunch wants more!
