1/4 calmonds, whole

1 cchicken breast, sliced, cooked, skinless, cooked without salt

1/2 cdried apricot quarters

How To Make almond, chicken and dried apricot salad

1Preheat the oven to 300*F. Place almonds on baking sheet for 7-8 minutes, or until roasted. Let almonds cool.

2In a bowl, mix almonds and remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken salad into each whole-wheat pita half. May be served on mixed greens.
