3 red, orange, and/or yellow peppers
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 bay leaf
Salt
2 beef flank steaks-4-lbs total
1- 14.5 oz can whole tomatoes in juice
Warm tortillas (optional)
