INGREDIENTS
3 ripe bananas, plus 1 to 2 more for garnish
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups cake flour (not self-rising), sifted
3 large eggs, separated
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
Honey-Cinnamon Frosting (see link below for recipe)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
