- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 1 pacakge, finely ground in a food processor)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Raspberry Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 oz. fresh raspberries
- Filling:
- 32 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 6 oz. fresh raspberries, for topping (optional)
- powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
