1 3/4 C white granulated sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

4 eggs
•
1 15oz can pumpkin
•
1/2 C canola oil
•
1/2 C apple sauce
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
3/4 C butterscotch chips
•
1 C quick cooking oats
•
6 tbsp cold butter, cubed
