Oreo Cookie Cake

Who doesn't like Oreos? Now, I know that there will be people who will say they don't like Oreos out there, but I am just not sure I trust those people..lol. Have they ever really eaten Oreos? I just don't think they could have possibly eaten an Oreo

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix and the ingredients to make it (substitute Sprite or 7 Up for the water in it)

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
•
1 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
•
1/2 cup powdered sugar
•
15 Oreo cookies, crushed
•
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
•
1/4 cup butter (not margarine)
