INGREDIENTS
50 g ¼ cup Sourdough starter
360 g 1 ½ cups warm water
440 g bread flour
30 g g whole wheat flour
30 g ¼ cup all purpose flour
9 g 1 ½ tsp fine sea salt
¾ cup mixed pitted olives
2 g 1 tbsp picked thyme leaves
60 g 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated. (I used Cello Artisan Parmesan)
