I am in recovery for an eating disorder. And recently I started dieting a gain with HCG. It made me miserable, only 500 calories, okay this is the wrong way to get back into shape. So I threw it away. I mean some of the concepts are good and wise eating decisions. Smaller portions, cutting down (but not out) carbs, but the thing I realized if I eat sensibly and work out, I will look just fine and do look just fine. I mean my heaviest was 139. Not heavy. So I decided to post the just let it go meal because sometimes we just need to eat something that just tastes great without worry about every little calorie.
