After all everyone gets headaches, and if they do not they can use as a cut and scrape liquid bandage.

I had originally posted this in a discussion and was asked to convert so it could be pinched.

  • 2 oz
  • 3 oz
    shea butter
  • 4 oz
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 10
    drops eucalyptus essential oil
  • 10-15
    drops lavender essential oil
  • 9
    roll up lip balm containers or 1 oz jars

How to Make Headache relief pots


  1. If you can not get hold of Shea butter, then substitute the 3 oz of Shea butter with 1 extra oz of

    beeswax and 2 oz of either a massage oil base like Apricot oil, or use Olive Oil.

    Start by melting the beeswax and Shea Butter down in a double boiler method.

    Once the bees wax is melted add all the oil's together including the lavender and eucalyptus oil.

    Now add the mixture to small lip balm pots or miniature jam jars.

    This recipe makes 9 0z of solid Headache relief balm.
  2. makes nine oz's or 1 0z jars
  3. To use

    simply rub on temples, back of the neck, anwhere your head hurts or just inhale the fumes fromn the jar if you wish. as for injuries just apply to the injury and it acts as a liquid bandage.
