Dilly was our first rat. He was a rescue. A swimmer and loved scratching Cody-lu's nose if he got to close to his cage. As if to say respect my space. He was a lover and a friend to me durning those long months my Daughter was away at college. Dilly's mom's name was Pickle.

1Dilly was the only survivor of a college experiment a friend of my daughter did. The experiment was to see how long a rat can swim before her drowns. Dill swam over 7 hours so he was spared the fate of the others. My daughter then adopted him and hid him in the dorm until she came back for the holidays. -
2He lived two years before dieing. About normal for a large Rat. He loved to sit on your shoulder and nuzzle your ear. He like hiding in your long hair or in your hoody or pocket. His favorite foods were any veggies, Doritos and yogurt chews
