Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

8 Tbsp
gelatin powder
1/2 c
juice
2 Tbsp
honey (optional)
vitamin of your choice, vitamin c, multi vitamins, probiotics, magnesium or whatever

How to Make HOMEMADE GUMMY VITAMINS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Over medium heat, whisk together the juice, honey and gelatin. Make sure they get fully combined, and then continue to warm the mixture until the gelatine dissolves completely - You're aiming for a thick syrup consistency.
  • 2Remove from heat and stir in the amount of vitamins per day called for in the liquid vitamins
  • 3Pour into your molds (or oiled dishes) quickly before it sets. Let set in freezer (apx 10 minutes.)
