Prevention says: Power walk....A brisk 30 minute walk each day can lower your systolic (top number) blood pressure by almost 8 points, and the lower number by more than 6 points. Tea.....drink 3 or more cups of Hibiscus tea daily and lower your systolic BP by 7 points in 6 weeks....which is par with most BP medicines. (Wow, I bet they are in trouble for letting that fact slip) "Nip it in the Bud" (Was their caption). It said "Light" drinking (for women ) is 1/4 to 1/2 of a beverage may (So they aren't really saying it will) may reduce BP more than not drinking. (Am wondering if it was paid for by "bud light" Dark chocolate......The flavanols in dark chocolate make your veins more elastic. Eat 1/2 ounce daily making sure it is at least 70% cocoa. Yoga and Tai Chi exercises or slow meditative breathing lower stress hormone levels. These will raise your BP. Quit salt or at least cut back on salt and salty foods. Add potassium. This mineral blunts the effects of sodium, helping to control your BP. Eat bananas, cantaloupe, Honey dew melon, Kidney beans, Mushrooms, oj, peas, prunes, raisins, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, and fat free or 1% milk Soy....add soy products as well as low fat diary to combat Hypertension, or pre-hypertension, as it brings down the systolic BP.

My thoughts. Maintain your energy levels. Breathe, reflect, and above all don't let "The lil bastards" piss you off. Remember when you allow them power to make you mad you are conceding your energy to another. They get a lift and you drain. Like the old saying goes. Keep your enemies close so you can drain their power before they get yours. My my now I am a proverb master.
