This breakdown of measurements will help you with your cooking and baking when interpreting the difference between grams, teaspoons and more. It has been a helpful resource that I have needed from time to time. The measuring guide is something I never remember right off the top of my head and is posted inside my spice cabinet door for reference.

I have printed this out on a piece of paper and put it in a plastic sheet protector and tacked it on the inside door of my spice cabinet. It really comes in handy.
