    enough fresh st johns wort flowers to fill the jar

How to Make ST JOHN'S WORT SORE MUSCLE OIL

Step-by-Step

  1. Fill jar with flowers. Then fill with olive oil to cover flowers. Cover with lid and shake daily for 2 weeks. Strain out the flowers and add 1 vitamin e capsule to help preserve the oil.

    Use on sore muscles.
