2 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon

⅛ teaspoon ground cloves

3 Tablespoons meringue powder
•
4 cups (1 lb) confectioner's sugar
•
6-8 Tablespoons warm water (I use a little more to make it easier on my hands)
