INGREDIENTS
For the Marinara Sauce:
2 teaspoons   extra-virgin olive oil
1   small onion, finely chopped
4 cloves  garlic, minced
2 cups  chopped plum tomatoes, with juices
6   oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon   salt
1/2 teaspoon  freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons   chopped fresh basil
For the Burgers:
1 pound   93%-lean ground turkey
1/4 cup  finely chopped scallions
2 teaspoons   minced garlic
2 teaspoons   worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon   freshly grated lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon   dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon   freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon  salt
1/2 cup  shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tablespoons   finely chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons   extra-virgin olive oil
4 4-inch-square slices   foccacia bread  (about 2 ounces each), toasted
Tip: To oil the grill rack, oil a folded paper towel, hold it with tongs and rub it over the rack. (Do not use cooking spray on a hot grill). When grilling delicate foods like tofu and fish, it is helpful to spray the food with cooking spray.
