1 (11-oz.) can Green Giant™ SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® Whole Kernel Corn, Red and Green Peppers, drained
1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons tequila, if desired
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
