Ingredients For turkey sloppy joes

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground turkey
  • 2 md
    carrots finely chopped
  • 1 md
    onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    worestershire sauce
  • 1 can
    6 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 3/4 tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 10
    wheat hamburg buns

How To Make turkey sloppy joes

    In slow cooker bowl, stir together ground turkey, carrots, celery, garlic, onion, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, dry mustard, salt and tomato paste. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Stir turkey mixture halfway through cook time and add a little chicken stock if too dry.
