Ingredients For turkey primavera

1/4 call purpose flour

fettuccine pasta

3/4 ctomato puree

5/8 tsppepper

1/4 tspsalt

1bay leaf

1/2 tsprosemary

1/2 tspdried thyme

14.5 ozbeef broth
-
1/2green bell pepper, chopped

4garlic cloves, minced
-
1onion, chopped
-
1 cmushrooms, sliced

1/2 cchicken broth
-
2 Tbspolive oil

1.5 lbturkey tenderloin, cubed

2 tspparsley, chopped

parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make turkey primavera

1Combine flour and parsley; add turkey and toss to coat.

2In a skillet, brown turkey in oil; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

3In the same skillet, combine chicken broth, mushrooms, onion garlic and green pepper.

4Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.

5Add beef broth, tomato puree and seasonings.

6Cook and stir for 20-25 minutes or until sauce is desired consistency.

7Add turkey; heat through.

8Remove the bay leaf.

9Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese if desired.
